The whole user-facing flow from app open to door open is four steps. None of them ask you to change where you were already going to stay.
Step 1: Open the Concier app, set a trip
You pick a destination from the cities we have live, a check-in date, and a check-out date. The app pulls the right city closet for those dates and starts showing you pieces in your fit.
The AI in the background is doing two things. Sizing your fit profile against what is actually in the closet that week. And surfacing the pieces that fit the weather window and the calendar feel of that city for those specific dates.
Step 2: Try on, save to trip
You scroll through. You tap into pieces you like. You see them on a model that matches your shape better than the random model that brands usually default to. You save the pieces you want into the trip's wardrobe. You pick your own outfits. Concier is not a stylist choosing for you.
The closet for the trip builds up as you scroll. You are stocking your own room.
Step 3: Tell us where you are staying
You put in the hotel. That is it. It does not have to be a hotel we have a relationship with, because the wardrobe travels to the hotel rather than living there. Our operations team preps the pieces you saved and sends them out as a guest package timed to your check-in.
If the hotel you picked happens to be one of our partner hotels, you will see a badge on it in the app, and you can book it through us if you want to. That is an option, not a step. Skip it and the flow works the same.
Step 4: Walk in
Your wardrobe is waiting for you when you land. At most hotels that means the front desk hands you the package when you check in, and you carry it up. At partner hotels, staff have already hung the closet in your room, so you open the door and the pieces you saved are on the rail.
You change. You go out. You come back. You wear something else tomorrow.
At the end of the stay, the pieces you wore go into the Concier laundry bag that shipped with the wardrobe. You leave the bag, we collect it, we handle all the cleaning. You walk out with the same carry-on you walked in with.
It is a rental. You choose a pass in the app, your wardrobe reflects what the pass includes, you wear the pieces during the stay and give them back. If you fall for something and want to keep it, you can. Buy-to-keep is charged per piece.
What the flow is not doing
- It is not making you book a specific hotel to be eligible.
- It is not making you check in to a separate "Concier desk." You check in at the hotel's own front desk, the way you always would.
- It is not surprising you with charges. The pass is the pass, and buy-to-keep is the only add-on, by your choice.
- It is not making you repack a wardrobe at the end of the stay, or launder anything, or find a dry cleaner.
The Concier experience rides along with the hotel experience. It does not replace it.
What the AI is doing in the background
- Sizing against the actual catalog so the size in your fit profile maps to the right cut in the closet, not to a generic label.
- Style-pattern matching against pieces you have saved in the past so the closet learns your registers across trips.
- Routing the right pieces to the right hotel for the right nights, so what you saved is what is waiting when you arrive.
The principle behind the flow
The wardrobe is the thing that takes work, and Concier takes that work. The user-facing flow does as little work as it can get away with.
If the user has to do more than four steps from app open to door open, we built the wrong product.
Frequently asked questions
How many steps are in the Concier flow?
Four. Open the app and set the trip. Try on and save. Tell us the hotel. Walk in.
Do I have to book my hotel through Concier?
No. You tell us where you are already staying and the wardrobe goes there. Booking through us is available at partner hotels and it is optional.
Does my hotel need to be a Concier partner?
No. The wardrobe ships to any hotel and waits at the front desk. Partner hotels add the in-room version, where the closet is hung before you arrive.
Is this a rental?
Yes. You choose a pass in the app, your wardrobe reflects what the pass includes, you wear the pieces during the stay, and you give them back. If you love a piece you can keep it, charged per piece.
Do I pick my own outfits?
Yes. You save the pieces you want in the app. Concier is not a stylist choosing for you.
Is there a separate Concier check-in desk at the hotel?
No. You check in at the hotel's normal front desk, and at most hotels that is where they hand you the wardrobe. At partner hotels it is already in the room.
What do I do with the clothes I wore?
Put them in the Concier laundry bag that came with the wardrobe. We collect it at the end of your stay and handle the cleaning.

Concier is in beta. The waitlist is open at concier.app. Cities open one at a time, and the early list gets first access to each one. If you want your wardrobe waiting for you when you land, that is the door.
