Our AI try-on lets you see every piece on your own body before you reserve it. That's also what the spare pieces are for. Every wardrobe comes with a spare for each day you're there, so if something's off once you try it on in your room, you already have a backup hanging there, and you still have one for the rest of the trip.

Fair question, and we are not going to pretend the footprint is zero. Concier does not train AI models, and training is the part that burns the enormous amounts of power and water you read about. We call an existing model a few times, only when you open a piece and tap try-on. It never runs in the background, and if you have already tried a piece on, we show you the saved image instead of making a new one. The photos it needs are optional too, so you can skip that step and the closet, your picks, and your reservation all work the same. The rest of the app, ranking the closet to your quiz answers and putting outfits together, is ordinary code with no AI in it. And the whole point of the company is keeping clothes in use. Every piece is last-season inventory rescued from the landfill pipeline, worn by a lot of travelers instead of bought new by each of them.

Normal wear is included. Minor stains, snags, and spills happen, we handle them. Only catastrophic damage triggers a retail buy-out, same as if you'd bought it new.

Yes. Walk out of the hotel with it and we auto-charge your saved card at retail price. Annual members get an additional discount on anything they keep.

You choose a pass, get one outfit for every day you're travelling plus a spare piece for each of those days, wear them during your stay, and leave them behind when you check out, or buy the ones you love. We focus on durable, practical, travel-friendly brands, nothing ships to your house, your wardrobe is already at your hotel when you arrive, and every item in our rotation is last-season inventory rescued from the landfill pipeline.

The closet is curated per city, not per hotel, and the fit quiz ranks it to your taste. Browse it in the app before you reserve and save only the pieces you actually like.
