You already sleep in sheets and dry off with towels washed by the same hotel laundry partners that handle Concier items. Every piece is professionally cleaned between uses. Nothing reaches your room that hasn't been fully laundered and steamed.
Our AI try-on lets you see every piece on your own body before you reserve it. If something's still off once you try it on in your room, tap swap in the app. Housekeeping delivers the replacement on the next round.
Normal wear is included. Minor stains, snags, and spills happen, we handle them. Only catastrophic damage triggers a retail buy-out, same as if you'd bought it new.
Yes. Walk out of the hotel with it and we auto-charge your saved card at retail price. Annual members get an additional discount on anything they keep.
We're not a designer rental service. We focus on durable, practical, travel-friendly brands. We don't ship anything, your wardrobe is already at your hotel when you arrive. And every item in our rotation is last-season inventory rescued from the landfill pipeline.
Each hotel's inventory is curated for the city. If nothing fits your taste, visit any partner brand retail store, buy what you love yourself, then donate it to the hotel's rotation. You'll unlock extra items and premium-tier access for the rest of your stay.
